Bottle at tasting at RJ. Aroma caramel, sweet. Clear deep amber colour. Taste is initially sweet malty, overall balanced. Bitterness is medium to high (considering style). Hops flavour low to none. Finish is dry bitter with caramel. Drinks nicely.

Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a thick tan head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malty and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Dominating fruity and mild caramel malty. Some dark malt also.
Overall impression: Nice refreshing ale.

Tap ant brewpub. Cola brown with huge beige head. Aroma of caramel, malt, earthy notes. Taste, caramel malt, toffee, light bitterness in finish.
