Bottle from brewpub. Okay, apparently Stramak produces beer without head. Thanks to the fact, this one looked like a Coke. You left open. On the sun. For a week. Taste won’t tell you any interesting story, it’s medium bitter and flat. One is enough.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 15/10/15, at tiong’s tasting, thanks VastActiv, 20160109) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had vomit and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, vomit, acridness and malts. Aftertaste was like the one from vomit. I have no idea what this beer may have tasted as fresh but it shouldn’t go so horrid as this one either.

500ml bottle

Gusher alert. Pours dark reddish orange with a small head. Aroma of malts, earthy notes, hints of tartness. Taste is smooth, malty and earthy with hints of tartness and carbonation. Finish is earthy and malty with hints of sourness. Feels a bit off.

Jun ’14. A 0.5 l bottle, thanks to Slovak RB crew! It poured clear reddish body with small head atop. Fine biscuity aroma touched with a bit of caramel. Flavor was rather sweet, somewhat fruity and grainy with notable yeast which didn’t ruin it though. Medium bodied with moderate or even long, lightly sweet finish, but less than flavor with some herbal bitterness came out of nowhere. Not bad, a pleasant semi-dark lager.

Bottled 500ml. -Thanks Slovakian crew for this one. Amber coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, sweet nose (hint of caramel). Sweet malty, decent fruity and light caramel with discreet yeasty presence. Dryish finish. Not bad.

Huge thanks to the Slovak crew for this one! Poured a dark amber-red body with a small whtie head, tiny even. Malty aroma, sweet fruity notes, rosehip, nice. Light sweet maltiness in the taste, very subtle bitterness, creamy, slightly yeasty. Nice amber lager that doesn’t thrill but is still a good beer.
