Bottle, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with large creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, hay, bread, basement, barnyard and might be rice. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, surprisingly creamy, following is refreshing citric and bready, moutfeel is astringent, dry and mild spicy, while finish is grassy or completely pilsener-like bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. I’m sure that I would consider it as saison-like IPA at blind tasting...

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Dorée trouble, col léger blanc. Arôme est fruité houblonné rétro de grains, note de riz avec un houblonné sympa lassant place à des notes d’agrumes. Le riz gagne en présence avec la t° et rappelle un peu l’horchata. Palais est houblonné fleuri, avec un profil de grains sec et pils, et renforcé au niveau du développement IPA. Note qcq ajouts exotiques, herbacé et bien houblonné se mélangeant bien avec le profil riz qui donne un fini légèrement sec et adouci.

Small white head over clear golden beer. Very ureum-rich hops, green herbs, hint at Thai (rather than sushi-) rice. Dry, bitter but malty character (with all the maltsugars removed). Garden herbs, nettles. Finish is metallic bitter, green tea. Quite light body, medium carbonation, bit film-like feel. Mweeuuh... I don’t get it, really. Thanks to Aga!!

Draught, medium creamy head, lively carbonation, crystal clear light gold color, aroma of pomello citrus and herbs, flavor of lychee and lemon with a light bread maltiness, medium grapefruit peel bitterness, light fruity sweetness, nicely balanced and suprisingly light. Highly enjoyable.

Ladna zlocista barwa, lekko metne, piana krotka. Aromat chmielowy, cytrusowy niezbyt intensywny ale bardzo przyjemny. W smaku wyrazna goryczka, nie za dluga z lekkim slodkawym posmakiem na koncu. Piwo bardzo przyjemne, lekkie, dobrze sie pije.

[ As Pinta Oto Mata IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted - caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity, hoppy, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522] 6-3-7-3-14 Draught @ Piw Paw, Zurawia 32, Warszawa, Poland 00-515. [ As Pinta Oto Mata IPA ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. 0,5L bottle. Pours clear golden with white head. The head stays. Aroma is sour, fruits, malt and hint of diacetyl. Taste is pine, fruits, malt, slight sweetness and sourness. Finish is pine bitter. Overall: ok brew.
