Tropical and citrus fruits meld with juicy mango, while habaneros add a warming kick to boost the resinous bitterness of this pale golden IPA. Originally brewed as a B-Side.

Can at home in London / sourced from the offie on Mare Street. Pours clear orange-hold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds green pepper, a little mango, orange. Light sweet flavour with strong, aggressive chili pepper, faint grass, pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more harsh chili burn, orange rind, dry pale bread. Too spicy overall.

Tap at Koumin. Lemony, tropical, mango nose, juicy, with biscuits. Sweet tropical fruit flavor with extremely hot peppers. Hate it. Hard to drink.

Can (MT/KS/MB February tasting). Golden colour with minor white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some spices and mild sweet malts.Flavour is sweet fruitiness and some mild malts, but finishes in a really big chili way. Good with a pizza though, but without something to eat, this would be quite killing.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Thanks Ian. Bright clear gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Nice mango and a little pine but it’s all blown away pretty quickly by a big chilli burn which runs through to well in to the aftertaste. God I am sick of these chilli bombs!

0.33l can. Just pouring this in the glass releases a lovely aroma. Sweet and almost peachy, and that without smelling at the beer. Smelling it it's more of a concentrated and, yeah fresh I guess. Mild birch piney with tones of both sweet paprika and tropical juice. Is this a DIPA? Smells kinda like so, and I like what I smell. Oh, chili! Wasn't expecting that. Nice little sting though. Prickling the back of the throat. It's nice and oily in the mouth and it's just about average on the carbonation. Piney but it's the warming chili that dominates the taste here. Spray clementine peel sweet with a hint of pineapple. Lots of flavor and the chili burn (yeah I'll go ahead and call it a burn bcause it's definitely burning the back of my ears right about now) dominates all the other stuff in this one. Nice. 21.01.2017

From Taniguchi. I heard someone say this was terrible last Friday night and the ratings on RB are on the low-side so when the can filled my pint glass with a crystal clear elixir and a thick off-white head of foam I was happily surprised. This mango chilli IPA delivers overripe mango and a big apple jolly rancher like aroma. The taste gives you tons of chili heat which just makes me want to chuck the whole thing down the drain, overpowering chili and dirt with jolly rancher in the finish and heartburn as well. Not a fan.
