Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, soft fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a super hot chilli burn palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way too much chilli even for a chilli head. Pretty much undrinkable I’m afraid. What were they thinking of when they brewed this?

Draft - Fruity and pepper notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Mango and sweet notes with crazy heat. A ton of heat on the throat. Too much heat.

Can from Geers. Very fruity nose, lots of tropical fruit and mango. Taste is sweet and malty, than bitterness comes and the finish is burning chili. Not drinkable, a pity.

330 ml can at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Clear pale golden color with white head. Hoppy and light malty aroma, juniper, fruity, tropical fruits, caramel, light spicy. Sweet, light bitter and very hot spicy taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, canned tropical fruits syrup, hay, leafs, peach, grass, mango, grape juice, fruit stones. Taste is slightly fresh fruity, leafs, canned tropical fruits syrup, peach, grass, mango, fruit stones, minerals, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly fruity mouthfeel with a longlasting warming chili touch. Fair enough.

Amber, clear, frothy off white head
Aroma of strong mango, sweet tropical fruits, no chilli
Taste - Chilli heat straight away...wow it’s hot, soft mango, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, nice fruits in there but spoiled by too much chilli
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, alcohol well hidden, very hot chilli - just too hot. Finish - chilli heat linger gets more intense, dab of bitterness
Overall - Fun crazy beer, but the strong heat masked what seemed like a very nice tropical fruit IPA. Got hard going after a while and didn’t finish the can
