Tropical and citrus fruits meld with juicy mango, while habaneros add a warming kick to boost the resinous bitterness of this pale golden IPA. Originally brewed as a B-Side.

Can. Don’t recall where from. Pale gold. Soft haze. Film and a few bubbles of white. Nose has rubbery malts. Ripe mango. Tinned pineapple. Sliced yellow pepper. Taste has an initial, mango sweetness, before turning peppery and slightly spicy dry and bitter. Lots of chilli heat on the palate. Stays quite manageable though, and doesn’t build particularly. Soft fizz. A bit watery. Some fruity sweetness on the finish, with ear tingling chilli burn. Nice enough, if a little thin.

Spicy from the start. And it stays… I feel like having a chicken Vindaloo now.

Can from Eltham Wines, Eltham. Gold pour with a white head. Mango and chilli nose- exactly as it says on the tin. Sweet fruit foretaste followed by intense chilli heat in the aftertaste. Drinkable and indeed finishable, now where are those chilli tortillas and spicy dip.....

At BBF, clear and quite deep yellow color, feels a bit like a lager, herbal and malty with a mellow chillie kick and a light mellow bitterness, fruity flowers aroma. Nice.

Can from Wine Rack at Yarnton Nurseries, Oxon, consumed at home cooking Lamb Shanks with tomato, chilli and honey and a Canellini bean mash Sunday 16th October. This is crystal clear gold, really good clarity with a little white head. Woah.... this is hot, it’s really warm, yes you can get the juicy fruit, but by heck the chill is really hot, my tongue is buzzing. It’s a better beer when left in the glass for 30-40 minutes as the chill seems to dissipate a bit. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

(Keg at BrewDog Helsinki, 20161013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had sweetness and pepper. Palate was medium bodied and with heavy burning from the chilli peppers. Flavours were sweetness, grass, burning and bitterness. Aftertaste was burning. A brew wrecking your palate.
