Terre 2012 has a nice dark amber color with ruby red hues; it is clear and has no head. Its scents are full of wood, cooked fruit and caramel and, later, marzipan and chestnuts. The taste confirms the notes of caramel and cooked fruit, which combine with vague hints of liquor and fruit in syrup in a warm and enveloping body.

Bottle split at the sleepy-rapping tasting at Ronny & Alex’s pad, CBC fine tuner, 30/04/15. Lightly hazed amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is rich dark fruit rinds, spice, toffee fidge, toasted brown sugar, light wood must. Taste comprises light cocoa rub, roasted notes, nutty, toffee, light wood, spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lightly warming alcohol. Decent enough BW.

Bigger tasting at Ronny’s flat, Copenhagen. Hazy deep amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Caramel malts. Light floralness. Winey tang. Caramel wood before a smooth and semi dry finish. Decent.
