Clear amber beer, creamy off-white head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of ripe fruits, melons. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet touch, malty, ripe fruits, bitter. Aftertaste: hoppy, some caramel, bitter, bit metallic.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is peach, apricots, some funk. Taste is peach, jammy, malty. Soft mouthfeel. Good!

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival 2016. Pours golden orange, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is tart wooden yeast, with grains, berries, musty fruit and some kandi sugar. Medium body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is dry, wooden yeast, with hay, fruit peel and musty fruits, as well as caramels and floral notes.

Draught Good yellow head over orange-chestnut beer. Sweet, Bock-like (bread, hazelnut). Sweet, bready, on the verge of syrupy. Liqueurish even. Medium bodied if very slick. Sweet, Bock-like beer (as to Saison, let’s not get too sarcastic). Good, but not distinctive.

Gylden brun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter syltetøy, korn og røde bær. Middels bitterhet. Brent karamell og alkohol. sitter lenge.

On tap @ Henrik. This is quite a deep dark looking one was expecting a more or less normal saison looking one, but this is almost wood bronze, and near clear in the glass. On the top there's a n ice big dense just off-white head. It smells really good this. Fruity and apply funky. A soft roasted tone, a little bit of all sort of ripe fruits here. Hard to tear them apart, but it smells really good. It's really good tasting this! Caramelly and malty, a little coffee roastiness, dark licorice, mint and some nutty hints. Lovely! It's thick and oily in the mouth and it's just above average on the creamy carbonation. This is definitely one of those i can, and will have again. A superb amber/saison. 28.08.2016
