Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have something slightly funky and yeasty. Well balanced fruity hops round this one off nicely.

On tap at Borefts ’16. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma is very hoppy, weed, pine, spruce, light fruity, yeasty. Flavour follows, very hoppy, dry, pine, spruce, weed, bitter, yeasty, light floral. Medium bodied. Not sure if this was Piet or perhaps swapped with Carmela (on our table at the same time), but I liked it.

Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew.

Thank you for sharing BE & friends RB Crew! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Deep amber orange, little off-white head. Nose is bitter raw barn with far too much yoghurt, some bitter orange peel. Taste is weird, far too bitter orange peel, barn & far too heavy yoghurt, raw, unpleasant. Taste is bitter, oddly sweet base with too much milky yoghurt. Not a success.

At Borefts 2016. Aroma of yeast, grain and hops. Taste has yeast, grain, some citrussy hop and a soft finish. Typical saisin, bit boring.
