For the second beer in the Hop Adventure Series we have chosen Galaxy hops from Australia which contribute a unique passionfruit flavour combined with some citrus and peach. The beer’s style is a Single Hop India Pale Ale meaning one hop was used for bittering, aroma and several doses of dry-hopping.

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with Saska. Pours clear golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, pine, herbs and caramel. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel malt, follows refreshing fruity and resinous with pleasant herbal bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Incredibly good, much more than expected...

Bottle from McHughs. Clear gold with a thin head. Aroma is dough. Flavour is dusty bitter hop, fruit, dry dusty bitter. Sugary bitter finish, long dry palate.
