Aromatická bomba chmelů ve stylu India Pale Ale.

Naše 14 India Pale Ale vás dostane na první přičichnutí. Dali jsme si záležet a vybrali jsme chmely Columbus, Chinook a Citra, aby mohlo vzniknout úžasně aromatické svrchně kvašené pivo v pivním stylu India Pale Ale.

Chmely: Columbus, Chinook, Citra

On tap at Hop In Craft bar, Kanal, Zagreb. Murky orange, small off-white head. Medium hopped, aroma is mostly herbal, subdued malts. Nice bitter kick, dry and serious. Lasting finish. Some sweetness there, but strongly subdued. Medium body, medium carbonation. Hoppy for Czech standards!

On tap at BeerYard Festival, Zagreb. It poured a hazy orange body with medium sized head. Aroma of biscuit and sweet, sugary malt. Light tropical fruits. Flavor was fruity malty, both tropical and citrus maybe even on a sweeter side with very light bitterness, if any. Medium bodied with a long finish, still sweet sugary, fruity and lemony. Not really an IPA, too sweet, but it was a pleasant addition to the festival anyhow.

Thanks Karlo for sharing this! From 100 piv. Poured a clear old gold body. Sweet maltiness and tropical fruit in the aroma. Fresh light taste, lemony, mild. No bitterness. Light mild lemony pale ale more than an IPA, but still tasty enough.

Tap at Stupavar. Aroma hoppy, fruity, exotic, light citrusy. Clear orange colour, stable white head. Taste is very nicely hoppy, high bitterness, wonderful fruity exotic flavour, maltiness in the background in just right intensity. Long dry fruity grassy finish. Very good.
