We brewed a small family of APAs to introduce you to the might and endless possibilities of aroma hops. The same style, the same recipe, but featuring different varieties of US hops. For each batch we added the starring hop to the boil and dry hopping as well. The most exciting thing is to get acquainted with all the brothers at once, but one to one introduction would be equally appropriate. So, meet Citra. Tropical fruity rebel, full of distinct notes of passion fruit, melon, lime and grapefruit.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, sweet citrus sweet lemon, BBQ lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet citrus, BBQ lemon, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220702]

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Pours lightly hazed yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of creamy malt and green hops. Light lime rind. Taste is light bitter, pithy, light malt. Grassy bitter finish.
