Antigoon is a hoppy wheat IPA. The beer is slightly cloudy, pale blond and has an alcohol content of 6%. The typical fullness of wheat beers is combined with a mild bitterness. The aroma is spicy / hoppy due to the combination of the typical wheat aroma and the floral citrus character of the hops used.

750ml bottle. Beer poured a light orange color with a medium sized, fluffy head. Aroma was yeast, bananas, sugar. Flavor was fruity, sweet candi sugar, yeasty.

Rich orange body with a light white head. Aroma of light citrus, oranges, light spices and a touch of caster sugar. Medium to Full-bodied; Deep pungent flavour of coriander seed and curacao with a bunch of sugars to mellow out the strong malt. Aftertaste shows some light hops, a good amount of citrus, sugar and a dry oak flavour. Overall, a very nice beer - showing a lot of good tripel characteristics with a nice full-bodied feel. I samled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Clarendon, Virginia on 31-July-2010, sampled at home in Washington on 25-November-2010.

Bottle on 06/28/2010. Cloudy orange body with a medium rocky off-white head. Sweet citrus and floral hop aroma. Sugary, sweet citrus, floral and belgian spice flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

hazy golden ale with a thick creamy superb lacing white head. In aroma, pungeant creamy orange pulp, light cream corn, spiced and smooth. In mouth, a smooth candy sugar with loads of curacao, again the cream corn, coriander, quaffable, nothing complex, but good. On tap at Beck’s Brasserie, Feb. 26 2010.

750ml bottle at the DC local tasting. Pours a translucent, yellow gold with a frothy white head. Sugary sweet aroma, a little spice, very Belgian. Flavor is sticky sweet, candy, a little spice, plenty of yeast. Dry finish, full bodied.
