Our enhanced version of Summer Street IPA features a secondary dry hopping with Simcoe. Hazy, sunflower gold in appearance, DDH Summer provides strong aromatics of floral pine and ripe pineapple with overtones of citrus peel and fresh picked blueberries. Bold, dynamic flavors of juicy tangerine, diced strawberries, pineapple cubes, and green pear lead the palate with a modest, balancing bite of grapefruit pith and pine needles. Just above medium mouthfeel with a dry finish.

On tap at Trillium, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yeast, dank hops and bitter pine. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of yeast, dank hops and abrasive bitterness. Too yeasty and bitter. This isn't working for me.

Canned, 473 ml, courtesy of Boris. Shared with JFK10000 and Max. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Dank, very juicy, grapefruit, tropical fruit, some sweetness in the middle. Dry moderate bitterness. Easy drinkable. Medium bodied.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman for the can. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth and lightly sweet malts. Good piney hop and mild hop skunk. Modest hop spice. Soft piney citrus with the pine becoming cooling. Light finish. Really like the strong but smooth pine here.

Can split at L42, big thanks to Willis 19/10/17. Hazed golden pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is pine resin, dank hop sprinkle, sticky tropicana, grapefruit, bitter orange waft. Taste comprises more dank hop, resinous pine, grapefruit, cantaloupe melon, Um Bongo rip, orange pith, toasted brioche. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close plastered with danko hop bitterness. Solid top notch and well balanced IPA action offered here.

Aroma is nice tropic fruit, a hint of stinky socks, lots of toast dough. Very mealy in the aroma. Taste is a bit murkyalcoholic dough and some medium fruitiness. Very juicy mouthfeel. Reminds a bit of yeast dough that was left too long next to the oven. Alright.

Many thanks to jtclockwork for this can! Floral fresh nose with lots of citrus hops. The beer starts intense floral with lots of hop oils on a dry body. Hints of grain, not too much sweetness. Long intense floral aftertaste, citrus with dry grainy. Moderate bittered, very crisp and round. Great long dry grainy aftertaste. Fantastic!

Can at L42 - big thanks to Dave! It pours crazy cloudy bright yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, clean, fresh, bright, juicy, peachy, apricot, a bit green and pine dust. The taste is smooth, fresh, quite clean, green, grassy, pine dust, a bit herbal, spearmint and some tropical vibes with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation, Clean, well - rounded and crushable. Whats not to like?

Can shared on Level 42 19/10/2017. Huge thanks to Wingman Dave for this oen. A clouded bright yellow coloured pour with a frothy off white head. ARoma is nice resinous pine, woody, woody citrus, grassy, wheat. Flavour is composed of earthy wheat, mango, orange rind, grassy and a little pine, . Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation. Lovely hop juice. Lingering spicy citrus.
