Our enhanced version of Summer Street IPA features a secondary dry hopping with Simcoe. Hazy, sunflower gold in appearance, DDH Summer provides strong aromatics of floral pine and ripe pineapple with overtones of citrus peel and fresh picked blueberries. Bold, dynamic flavors of juicy tangerine, diced strawberries, pineapple cubes, and green pear lead the palate with a modest, balancing bite of grapefruit pith and pine needles. Just above medium mouthfeel with a dry finish.

Pours a very hazy, orange-yellow, with minimal head. Citrus and pine-hop aromas. Flavor includes a ton of citrus--grapefruit and bitter orange--with pine/spruce hops in a semi-bitter finish. Another winner from Trillium.

Keg at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, firm, coarse head. Juicy pineapple and mango aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Tropical fruit juice with passionfruit and mango. Cottony and quite harmonious. Some saccharine in a mid bitter finish.

12oz can pours a hazy yellow/oramge with some cloudy white head. Nose has tangerine, pine, perfume, honey comb, soap. Flavor has an even level of bitterness, clementines ans tangerines, soap, some grass/straw, candy, honey, lime. Finishes bitter and a touch sweet.

475 ml can at home from trade with bytemesis. Thank you Mike!! Hazy muddy golden orange color with white to off white head. Looks like an orange juice with foam. Light malty and heavy hoppy aroma, grass, dank, onion notes, pine, citrusy fruity, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Light sweet and heavy bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
