Nose is tangy dried fruits, caramel, prunes, fruit cake mix, dark malts, molasses. Taste comprises fruit cake, toffee, dates, caramel figgy jam, light oak, toasted brown sugars. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent for the age.

Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours lightly hazy amber with a fizzy with head. The aroma is sweet, soft, fudgey, woody, vanilla, candy, toffee crisp, toasty, unctuous, oily and grape rot. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, crunchy, minerality, fizzy, vinous, white wine, green rot, warming alcohol, gooseberries, white grape, rhubarb, vanilla yogurt, berry and sherbet with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Definitely quite sweet, but also rather fun.

Hazy amber gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and soft, with decent fine carbonation - wasn't expecting that! Soft creamy malts, smooth caramel and biscuit. Ripe fruits on the back end and a little spice. Soft finish. Quite a mellow barleywine but still manages to be flavoursome. Addictive!

numero botliga: 09217. Poured into orginal Baladin Teku Glass. Piwo Szampanskie z pieknym wygladem. Mocny kartonik, ladna butelka z grubego szkla, stylowa i minimalistyczna etykieta, kryje w sobie niebanalne musujacy nektar. Polecam

Istria Gourmet Festival. Murky orange-golden body with a big off white head, the sparkling wine-like carbonation revealing itself immediately. Dusty, peppery, creamy aroma, tobacco, cocoa, raisins, oak, cookie - pungent. Sparkling/fizzy body, barleywine-like heavy / oxidized malt notes, figs, tobacco, oak, cookies, somewhat drinkable. Very, VERY unique and interesting, and while I enjoyed it in a way, I can't say I loved it. I love what it is, but the taste combo didn't knock me off my feet. Still, another great experiment of Teo's!
