Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 280815

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, karamellig, Zucker, reifes Obst. Geschmack nach reifem Obst, dunklem Malz, Karamell, leicht alkoholisch.

Bottle @ UBF ’15. Dark brown color Beige head. Aroma’s: red fruit, sweet malts. Retronasal: sweet, red fruits. Flavor: moderate sweet, light roasted. Rather strong alcohol feel. Medium bodied. Mild bitterness in the finish.

Cloudy, dark brown. Some dry, woodiness in the aroma. Aroma and flavour are very sweet but also have some roasted malts.

van de tap op @UBF15, bruin/amber met lichte gloed en licht beige kraag. Aroma van caramel en zoetig, graan en kruidig. Bij de eerste slok wordt de mond redelijk met koolzuur gevuld, vrij zoet, caramel, moutig en granig. Matige body, en zoete afdronk. goed te doen !

Draught @ UBF 2015. Dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through when held into the light, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, roast, hop bitter, hop, a touch of sweetness, liquorice and a touch of yeast. Decent body and carbonation.
