Bottle #48. Deep dark brown color. Malt, pear and salted licorice in the aroma. malty swet flavor with roast, pear and licorice. caramel. Slightly alcoholic. Some grassy hops, but certainly not as hoppy as I expected. Good enough.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is raisins, some alcohol, mild rye bready notes as well as some slight spices. Flavour is rather similar, in a nice big and bold way. Nicely toasted aftertaste with a bunch of sweetness to it.

Dark opaque brown color, medium-sized beige head. Chocolate, caramel, wooden hops in the nose. Full-bodied. Brown sugar, hops, dark fruits, wooden notes and backing alcohol. Quite sweetish dessert beer. Warming.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As RUIG / Rooie Dop Dark Storm ].Clear dark red brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malts. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, tobacco, dark fruit, dry, woody. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150828]

75cl bottle from abcbeers shared in the train. Almost a gusher but I put it in the fridge for 2 days. Thick off white head. Clear deep burgundy pour.

Bottle thanks to Deanso. Very dark brown with big but short lasting off white head. Lots of caramel, roasted malts, marzipan, quite some North African spices, dried red fruits, cake. Quite sweet with soft roasted bitter finish. Over medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Decent.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma of light fruits, malt, caramel, licorice, dark fruits and light dough. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a warm alcohol finish. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Leicht erhöht karbonisierter, glücklicherweise nicht zu süßer Antrunk von dunklem Getreide, süßlichem Kaffee, leichter Herbe. Schokoladiger im Mittelteil, würzig, das Bier scheint dennoch hinter seinen Möglichkeiten zurückzubleiben. 11/9/8/9/11/9
