Bottle from The Last Hop, Staines. Aroma has sherbert with floral and caramel notes. Hazy-opaque golden-amber. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Initial sherbert sourness. Some vinous elements. Underlying peripheral malts - these gain traction and a sweet caramel element comes into play. Light. Thin. Fizzy. No, gassy. Long dry astringent finish. To be honest, this is so fizzy and gassy that only a small amount had made me feel bloated. It distracts from the beer's other facets... which generally seem OK.

On tap at Ljubljana Beer & Burger Festival, April 2018. Hazy golden, firm medium to a huge creamy off-white head. Starts grainy, yeast profile develops, light citrus. Lightly to moderately yeasty flavours, esters, peach, banana, citrus. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate finish, lively and refreshing. Very intense esters, reminds of a wit at times.

Unclear, yellow-orange colored, medium white soapy head. Aroma is of some spice, spicy yeast, some fruity notes, bit lemon. Taste is medium sweet, some malt, spicy yeast, medium spicy peppery bitterness, some fruity notes, dry finish. medium bodied, average carbonation, oily. Didn't really wow me as a saison. Thanks to djoeye for sharing a 500ml bottle. One-finger thick, white head, misty warm golden body, clingy lacing. Moderate smell of pale malts and dusty hops. Saison fruity flavours, hints of yeast and mid-sweet malts. Notes of half-dry bitter fruits to the ending. Just alright. (Session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 23.07.2018).
