Cold fermented lager combining British lager malt, American hops and true lager yeast to create a truly crisp, refreshing beer. Pale and dry, with overtones of citrus fruits, some grassy freshness, and a wonderful assertive clean bitterness to finish.

Bottle at Redchurch. It pours very lightly hazy amber with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, lemon, spearmint, cereal bread and hay. The taste is smooth, crisp, straw, bread, lemon peel, lemon verbena, grass, pithy, light spice and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail
BBE 10.04.2014 - Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, some bready maltiness and crisp citrusy notes. Taste is smooth, grassy hoppy and fruity with some bready maltiness and crisp citrusy notes. Finish is dry, bitter and crisp with some hints of bready maltiness. Quite grassy and fruity lager, that still is easily recognizable as a lager.
