Deep, clear golden pour with big white head. It’s super held back in every sense. No particular aroma, only some faint funk, and tastewise it’s flat as well. Some brett, faint esters, that’s it. Light, almost watery body, average carbonation. Meh.

Quick notes, draft sample;a very pleasant combo of fruity esters & funky Brett circus, light malty sweetness, medium-light lactic & vinous tartness but not sour on the nose;floral & woody notes, mild lemon-lime presence, hints of leather, Brett tannins

Tap at Fakin.... this was at Kiselo Druženje? Reckon I refused to rate it or promised not to. Eh. Anyway, hazy paaaaaaaaaaaaale golden body with a white head. Light light fruity-funky aroma. Light, clean taste, vaguely fruity, vaguely citric, somewhat sweetish, light coconut... Seems it's far better than it used to be!

APA made 'wild' by Brett refermentation and spicy by adding Szechuan pepper - an interesting idea, executed here by a brewery I hadn't heard of until Davor was kind enough to offer me a selection of Slovenia's finest craft beers, again many thanks for this! Quite strong gusher, so be ware when opening this one. Mousy, egg-white, creamy, quickly opening, irregular head over a cloudy apricot blonde beer with warm ochre-ish tinge. Aroma of fermenting grapes, 'Bretty' urine, egg yolk, chalk, apple peel, moist peanuts, pear, raw green bell pepper. Sweetish pear and pineapple notes in the onset, lots of white grape, some vague sourishness, softish carb; powdery and bready middle with lots of lingering Brettanomyces esters, minerally notes with a slight dash of raw cucumber, light soapiness. Bready-yeasty finish, some Bretty 'funk' indeed with a spicy pepper note but relatively mildly so, citrus peel hop accent. The Brett has overtaken this beer, clearly, resulting in gushing and levelling of both the hops' and pepper's spiciness; I was hoping for a more peppery 'punch', to be honest. Interesting, but not what I was expecting.

On tap at Ljubljana Beer & Burger Fest, April 2018 and again in October 2018. Cloudy pale golden, small lasting off-white head. Yeasty, vinous, funky, fruity, citrusy, pear and quinces esters. Light malty flavours, doughy, yeasty and fruity. Light body, soft carbonation, moderate finish. Nice citrus, light wild profile. This one is nice for those who are still getting used to the wild ales.
