From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight cornish to light malty. Mild butterish, crisp grassy and light bitter. Mild toasted malty with a light bitterness coming through. Ends dry and bitter.

Slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Chewy, biscuity malt aroma, with perfect herbal and spicy hops. Sweet biscuity malt flavour with a hint of diacetyl and a nice hoppy finish.

Tapped: Pale-malty nose with fruity-yeasty and "woody" hoppy influences; pale golden, hazy, small foamy layer; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied; dry bitter-sweet finish. O.K., but not really overwhelming.....
