# 971; 3/2018. Český ležák s příjemnou sladovou a kopřivovou vůní. V chuti ale nakyslý a zanechávající slizskou pachuť v ústech.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden body with a white head. Subtle herbal hop aroma, subdued really. Empty dry herbal-hoppy taste. slightly sweetish. I found neither of their two base lagers to be interesting or that good at this point. Oh well.

Draught at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, malt, noble hops. Medium bodied.

From tap at Jihoměstský Pivovar, Chodov, Prague, 27.11.17. Hazy golden. Fine off-white head and lacing. Aroma of grass, lemon grass, Czech hops and a hint of yellow apples. Similar taste, with pilsner malt. Low bitterness.

Draught @ Jihomestsky Pivovar, Prague. Pours sslightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light caramel, bread, nice grassy hops, flowers. Flavor is malt, yeast, bread, light sweet, grassy hops, flowers, earth, light moldnotes. Medium body, lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 230815

getrunken 2014 im gleichnamigen Brauerei-Restaurant, das am Stadtrand von Prag in einem unscheinbaren, hässlichen Plattenbau (cz.: panelák) untergebracht ist. Innen ist es aber wirklich schön gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann in entspannter Atmospäre sein Bier umringt von einheimischen Hacklern genießen. Das 12-grädige Helle ist das klassische Hausbier, das sich auch wirklich schön trinken lässt. Es ist nicht so verspeilt wie manchen Craftbier, aber durchaus solide und passt gut zum Essen und zum Feierabend. Ein Bier von dem man gerne vor Ort ještě jedno,prosím (dt.: Noch eines, bitte!) bestellt.

(Draught at Jihomestsky Pivovar, Prague, 29 July 2011) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with grass, bread, hay and hints of vanilla. Malty taste with notes of bread, hints of citrus and grassy hops in a finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Nice and highly drinkable.
