Bottle, 0.5l. Murky deep brown pour, half finger soapy off-white head, short lasting. No lacing. Sweet on the nose, dark fruits, caramel. Subtle roast, hints of chocolate. Thin body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, easily drinkable. Sweet taste with subtle roasty bitter notes in the background. Somewhat watery. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, brown sugar. Dark fruits, some nutty notes. Hints of chocolate, mild herbal touches. Sticky. Not bad at all actually but it does lack a bit of intensity. Short lasting finish, malty, sweet and dry. Good.

0.5 l bottle. Shared with little Dina and the Jolly Rogers. Dark brown, small beige head. Roasty and burnt aroma, hints of chocolate and nuts, a caramel and popcorn background with a soft vegetable touch. Creamy, smooth and nutty. Soft to moderate carbonation. Flavour is roasty, chocolate, nuts and caramel. Dry finish. Slight body, light finish.

Pours almost black, head tan two fingers height. Aroma roasted malt and chocolate. Nice,balanced,medium body, low/thin carbonation. Taste chocolate and dark bread,some biscuit feeling. Well done!
