Cask special for the Wetherspoons Real Ale Festival October 2013.
Jamie Floyd has travelled to Caledonian Brewery, in Edinburgh, to brew a special version of one of his brewery’s beers, just for this Wetherspoon real-ale festival. This straw-coloured beer has a light, crisp malt aroma, with a fruity hop presence of apricot and mango, leading to a creamy mouthfeel with toasted flavours and a refreshing, hoppy, creamy finish.
Hops used: Crystal, Liberty, Simcoe

Cask handpull at Knights Templar London. Clear gold lasting white head. It’s a bit like a regular UK golden ale. Some yeast on the aroma. Some citrus hops. Unexciting.
