Pete Versus The World is our 8.1% Double IPA brewed with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. It’s the first time we’ve brewed a DIPA and it was brewer Pete Brown’s goodbye beer and parting gift to us at the brewery. Released 12 July 2013.
Amber-coloured and unfiltered, it’s got roasted citrus and fruity hops in the aroma, the body is full and smooth and then there’s a long, deep hop flavour ripping through the whole brew.
Malt: Pale, Cara
Hops: Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, Cascade

Keg at the brewery bar. Red orange colour slight haze thick white head some lace. Aroma is low grassy earthy hop some peppery hop. Flavour is pretty low for a double IPA. More earthy peppery hpp . easy drinking for the abv.
