2/10/2020. From BIAB at the Spread Eagle, Ipswich. 6.1% abv. Pours hazy/cloudy orange amber with a bubbly white head. Aroma of stewed pear, light spice, touch woody. Medium sweetness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Very nice tart fruity finish. Liked this.

ABV: 6.4%. Murky matt medium grey orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, spicy, chemistry, medicine - solvent, sage. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to mderate acidic with a long duration, tart, aceton, pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110804]

Cask@GBBF2011 (Crones Norfolk Perry, Medium Sweet, 6.4 % ABV). Hazy orangeish golden colour with no head. Aroma is very spicy, peatrs, some slight curry. Flavour is curry, sweet pears, some vinegar and wood as well. Aftertaste is sweet pears with a bunch of spices.
