This deep mahogany beer, brewed again especially for this Wetherspoon real ale festival, has a superb, creamy head, with caramel, vanilla and a slight hop tang, leading to a distinctive creamy texture and a full refreshing flavour.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Mid-brown in colour with a tight beige head; aroma of coffee and chocolate; smooth and milky in the mouth, with a chocolate milk flavour with some red fruit as well; the finish is clean but on the sweet side and lacking any bitterness. Interesting and enjoyable.
