Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose. Medium body, again fruity with floral esters. Rather dry finish. An attempt at making a traditional Saison I presume, Not bad bud strangely bland. 201217

Tasting at Mr Smith’s Skyflat. Thanks to Leighton. Lightly hazy paleish gold beer, bitterish pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Very light pale malts, mild sweetness. Light floral sweetness. Mild citrus underneath, a touch of juicy orange rising above. Light semi dry finish. Quite German tasting - I guess unsurprisingly!

Bottle shared at Leighton’s place, 7/1/2016. Many thanks to our host. Very light yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is light grains, straw, noble hop, and a pinch of spicy citrus. Flavous is composed of refreshing crisp light grains, noble hop, spicy grassy citrus. Palate is light and rrefreshing, highish carbonation, semi-crisp. Good.

Bottle at LKS palace of fun. It pours super light gold with a thick white head. The nose is toasty, cracker, sweet banana, nought, grass and cereal. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon peel, zesty action, soap, minerals, waxy rind and peppery spice. Finish is dry and a touch soapy. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Its ok, but over-carbonated that’s for sure.

Little shared in London - picked up in a trade. Pours hazy yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Pale grains in the nose, wheat, lemon peel. Medium sweet flavor with sweet citrus, some saison yeast, dry wheat, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with pale grains, yeast, peach, lemon, citrus rind. Tasty and easy drinking.
