Bottle split at LKS, thanks to LKS, 07/01/16. Pale golden with a decent white covering. Nose is grassy, lemon rind, straw, pale malt, yeast esters. Taste comprises bitter lemon, herbal restraint, citric tinged straw, trace of funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison but way over carbed.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Oct 2015) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grass and fresh hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grain and fresh grassy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice. (6/3/7/3/13=3.2) Rerate: (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 Sep 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with hay, herbs and white bread. Fruity, malty taste with notes of white bread, hay, grass, chamomile and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Hazy yellow color, good white head. Grainy aroma with Saaz hops and peppery spiceyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. White pepper, orange peel and spicey hops in the flavor. A bit tartish finish. Ok.

Bottled@AIH53 (thanks rlgk!). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is citrus, mild dishwatery parfumeish sweet notes, some spices and yeast. Flavour is citrus, some floral and spiced notes along with mild earth. Quite dry palate. Simplisic, but a good thirst quencher.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny fruity and slightly spicy with crackers, cereal, unripe pears, star fruit, hay, dry soil, minerals, lemon zest and hints if grapefruit juice. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, slightly fruity and spicy. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly dry, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, cereal, grapefruit juice, red pears, hay, dry soil, lemony soap, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Tasty noble hop saison. Moderate red pear and peppery spices working in a solid harmony. Enjoyable and refreshing...

Flaska från SB. Gyllenfärgad, mycket disig med högt vitt skum. En torr modern saison möter klassisk vieille saison med stallkaraktär. Vetesyrlig, hö, citroner och lime med en del skalbeska. Inte så fruktig som många moderna välhumlade saisoner. Rikigt trevlig och riktigt god.
