Bottle at Beer Ditch, Malmö. Hazy orange with a small white head. Lemon, some vinegar, funk, orange and some wood. Easy to drink and with a fairly tart finish. A tasty one.

Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, oak, caramel malts, red berries, grass, mild vinegar, hay. Taste is slightly sour-ish grassy, sorrel, oak, sour red berries, soda powder, berry skin, hay, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

CBC Session 4. Hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate is light and dry and a little crisp. Light tangerine leads to a little Flemish sourness. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Hazy amber. Funky and oaky aroma with fruits and a bit of vinegar. Sour and fruity flavor with a bit of vinegar, oak and nice funk. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. En geuzeliknande dryck som är riktigt bra. Lätt, frisk, syrlig. Jäst, citrus, druvor, vinäger, fat, bra syra, lite funk. Mycket trevlig. Riktigt gott.
