Sampled @ CBC 2014. Hazy autumnal orange color, small off-white head. Nicely fruity, well balanced, refreshingly sour, fruity, fruitpeel sour. Average to medium body and carbonation. Quite nice.

Draft at CBC 2014. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, dank cellar, cobwebs and light vinegar. Flavor is light moderate acidic. Over medium bodied with light carbonation. Impressive for an Italian take on the style.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is feet, rubber, funk, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with strong funk and light vinegar with nice lingering tart finish, really enjoyed this.

12.7oz bottle thanks to Matt. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a small head. Nose is funk fruit burning tires in a good way and some tart. Taste is as the nose with lots of tart fruit funk and a nce stone fruit.
