The fruity aroma continues onto the tongue with peppery hops increasingly evident in the taste. Creamy toffee flavours flow into sweet but dry finish

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

On cask @ the Haymarket. Appearance - deep amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee, prunes and biscuit. Taste - more of the same plus maybe some wood spice. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a nice rich but balanced finish. Overall - a really nice pint.

Cask shared with Finn at Falcon, Battersea. Deep red-brown body. No lace, a few bubbles at the surface. Dark caramel nose. Malt-fruity flavours, caramel, toffee and herbal hops. Mild bittersweet tail. Accepted (London 29.11.2015).

Tried at the Three Stags, Bebbington. Deep amber colour, with an off white head. Aroma has toffee, spice, and maltiness. taste is fruity sweet, with a slightly sour finish.
