Cask@one of the spoons between Victoria station and Pimlico. Murky reddish brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is dark dry fruits, some mild caramel malts as well as some fudge and wood. Flavour is quite much the same with the wooden notes being more evident.

Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Hazy golden brown in colour with a loose cream head; malty aroma; sweet fruity malt flavour with a medium body; and a lightly bitter finish. OK but nothing special.

Cask at The Metropole, JDW, Baker Street, Lahndan tahn 29-07-08 Pours reddy/brown in colour with a fruity malty aroma. Fruit comes across in the mouth as does the malt, theres a touch of toffee and a sort of homemade rustic quality about this beer which is ok. Its a very flavoursome beer but I think that I might tire just a little of its flavours after a while.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted, and so is the flavor, but here notes of coffee mixes in.
