375ml corked and caged bottle. (6.1% ABV) Pours a murky yellow-orange with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of wheat malt, lemon, white wine, Brett and oak. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon, white wine, orange, funky Brett and oak with a dry, crisp, acidic, sour Lacto finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Very tasty.

Hazy yellow, not much foam regardless of a cool opening sound. Sweet honey lacto aroma. Nice creamy. Taste has some good body, malty strength covered with honey glaze and then made into a sour. Pretty neat. Drinks super smooth, nice sour tanginess and dry finish. Great one.

Very big oaky nose with peaches in cream. Fairly hoppy and dry as well. Big creamy oaky character that lingers forever. Very interesting

Draft. A- Slight funk, mild spices, citrus. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Mild funk, watery, lemon juice. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The perfect amount of funk for me. A bit unique though. Thinner on the body that I think it should be. Nonetheless, I liked this one. Now to try the regular Opal.
