Tamworth Beer Fest. Aroma is sweet. Lightest gold. No head. Flavourwise it's very sweet. Light-medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish.

Gravity pour at Steel City Beer Festival 2024, Kelham Island - Clear pale gold, short head. Spicy pear tart, sweet stewed pears, caramelised pears. Deceptively easy going.

26/7/2024. From BIAB at The Redoubt Beer Festival 2024, Harwich. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet perry pear, pear drop, caramel, stone fruit, touch of spice. Fairly sweet with very slight tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Quite okay.

Bag in a box at the Park Tavern, Eltham. Yellow gold pour. Pear drops & apple pie nose. Similar action in the taste. Sweet desserty finish. Not bad at all.

Sample at GBBF. Pale golden, still. Aroma is fresh pears. Taste is pears with a nice soft feel.
Third of a pint on cask at the Doncaster Brewpub. No head Clear golden pour. Light tart aftertaste.

# 3084; 7/2022. Aroma of sulphur and fruit. Clear straw body, no head. No carbonation, fruit, pear, meat, funky. Very good perry. Half of pint, bag-in-box, beer bar, Newark (East Midland, England).

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A clear petrol yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet suger plums, pear, light wood, white sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, pear, white, peach, plum, white grapes. Drinks pretty good. Palate is medium still. Sugary.

Cask at Red Squirrel Amersham, 28/04/17. Pale golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is varnish, pear drop, Orchard wood, sweet notes. Taste comprises floral notes, pear drops, straw, apple pie, honey blossom. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok.
