Bottle - Tart white grape, herbal and vegetal notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tart, grape, light malty notes. Interesting, nicely sour.

Bottle, explodes upon opening, pours a cloudy opaque dark orange with no head. Nose is funky, tart, oaky and earthy. Flavour brings out notes of honey and tart oak upfront, light wood, and a light acidic vinegary on the finish. Weird stuff. Totally flat on the palate. This can't be exactly what they were going for. Pretty good for what it is, but looks like there are some QC problems here.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a dark orange with small off white head. The aroma is oak, sour fruit. Thin mouth, nice tart fruit, oak, light acidity, very good.

Aroma has quite a bit of stone fruit, peaches and apricots with some lighter pineapple notes. Some light plastic and bandaid notes. A touch of nail polish. Light oak notes with medium acidity and light citrus. Fairly acetic. Pours a cloudy, pale golden orange with a small white head that quickly recedes to the edges. This was a bit of a gusher. light lacing and small legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with quite a bit of acetic character. Some light citrus notes. Faint rubber and rubbing alcohol notes. Light stone fruit and tropical fruit with light oak. Rather acidic. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a good start at a unique sour beer, but its a bit too acetic and the yeast character needs to be a touch cleaner. With time and refinement this could be good, but its rough right now.

Bottle. Pours gold. Nose/taste of sour lemon, oaky sourness, wild yeast and sour stone fruits. Soft carbonation. Moderate acidity. Medium body. Another solid sour from Plan Bee though more straightforward and less complex than their others.
