Keg at Mikkeller Bar - Copenhagen. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a white froth cap. The nose has lots of dry wheat, pale citrus rind and mellow melon. Very crisp, dry, moderately zesty, with more lemon rind, light bitter hay, wheat, salt. Light in body with average carbonation. Dry and crisp on the finish with light salty licks, mild wheat sugars, straw, rindy lemon. Lovely. Very drinkable.

Comprehensive taste profile of pineapple, apricot and mid-sweet wheat. Endnotes with a delicate tartness to it. Medium bodied Pleasing, one of the best of the evening (Copenhagen 30.04.2014).
