Hazy blonde, fresh, fruity, melony/orangey hop-forward saison. Apricot and honeydew, this is hop prominent on the palate, with a lot of pale malts and a yeasty finish.

375ml bottle, vertical with the Prairie version
Pours hazy yellow with a smooth head. Aroma of stingy tropical fruits, bretta, grass, citrus and lemon. Taste is funky yeasty, fruity, hoppy and grassy with notes of citrus, lemon and grapefruit. Finish is fruity hoppy, slightly tartish and funky with some hints of bretta and yeast. Pretty nice, funky and hoppy, feels almost like a bretta IPA. Feels quite fresh compared to the Prairie version.
