Eye: Hazy golden with a large, fluffy head; looks like Duvel.
Nose: Tropical fruit, pineapples, oranges, goose berries, nettles, cat pee.
Mouth: A bit sharp.
Tongue: Tastes a lot like it smells. Really bitter.
Brain: Pure hop-juice; I like it.
Eye: Hazy golden with a large, fluffy head; looks like Duvel.
Nose: Tropical fruit, pineapples, oranges, goose berries, nettles, cat pee.
Mouth: A bit sharp.
Tongue: Tastes a lot like it smells. Really bitter.
Brain: Pure hop-juice; I like it.

Huge slightly fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh grassy, leafs, citrus peel, mild brett, lawn, hops, citrus, light malts, hints of dried tropical fruits and sulfur. Taste is slightly fresh citrusy, mild brett, citrus peel, hay, leafs, hops, lawn, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

375ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Room-filling brett aroma, citrusy hop notes, a floral touch, bubblegum, barnyard funk etc. Taste is from scratch bone-dry, bitter hoppy, later more and more integrated, subtle malt sweetness combines with mild bretty notes floral and ’bubblegummy’, in the last third joined by citrusy hoppy overtones, not till then consorted with a touch of barnyard funk; lingering, minimally tart finish.

Bottle split with Simon and David at CBC Covent Garden, 09/05/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is citric peel, floral aroma, light piss, tangerine, faint smoke, straw, herbal tones. Taste comprises juicy citrics, tangerine, tropicana infusion, hoppy pangs, straw, lemon rind, hint of yeast, floral tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean end point. Solid saison - good shit !

Bottle at Craft Covent Garden, London, Saturday 17th May 2014 after the Thames Tipple. Had this in the company of Morten (brewer at Moncada) Cheers Morten! Pours golden with a slight haze, a touch of citrus and spice on nose. Some citrus, orange perhaps in mouth, strength apparent but doesn’t detract, nice mouthfeel, good beer, in fact very nice beer. Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale golden, small head. Funky somewhat citric nose. Dryish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Funky cobwebs, black currant leaves. Mid bitter finish.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Golden. Fruity aroma, funky and hoppy. Flavor is quite dry, a bit funky, with some fruity hops. Medium-bodied. Very nice.

Sample at CBC 2014. Poured a crystal clear straw with a frothy white head. The aroma is crisp fresh bretty yeast, grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a grassy hop light spice palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super fresh and super tasty.
