Draft at CBC 2014. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, weeds and caramel malt. Flavor is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit sehr viel Schaum. Geruch fruchtig, säuerlich, würzig, spritzig. Geschmack sehr angenehm fruchtig, leichte Säuerlichkeit, leicht würzig. Hopfig fruchtig, Klasse!

Bottle 375ml. [ As Omnipollo / Prairie Artisan Ales Potlatch ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, saison yeast, tart passion fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, passion fruit, exotic fruity hops - yeast, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, vitt poröst snabbt försvinnande skum, lite disig. Stor fruktig, kryddig och jordig doft med ananas, mango, apelsiner, pomerans, lime, smultron, jordgubbsland och jordkällare. Torr, zesty, fruktig (men inte i lika hög grad som doften) omogna smultron, mango, ananas, örter, kryddor ochGillar hur mosaichumlens lite jordiga fruktighet samspelar med bretten och saisonjästen. En perfekt kombo i mitt tycke. Udda och riktigt bra.

Color is hazy yellow, fizzy white three fingers foam with no lacings. Aroma is complex, with some funkiness (hay, grass, cow barn), and some citrus and floral notes. Taste is initially citrus before a funkiness comes in accompanied by yeast and green apples and light bittnerness. Dry finish. No sweetness at all, alcohol very well hidden. An interesting brew. Even though a lot of things going on, it’s still well balanced.
