375ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a large head. Aroma is sour barnyard notes and cheese. Slightly sweet. Taste has sweet candy sugars to start. Sou cheesy lemon finish.

Bottle, a gift from a friend. Pale copper colour. Soft haze. Thin, lasting, white head. Nose has baked, sweet apple. Light, sweaty funk. Some brown sugar. Taste is fairly sweet, with a very light, fruity acidity. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. A tad drying. Light, baked apple tartness to finish. Decent. Like a starter gueuze.

08-11-18 // 375ml bottle. Lotcode L E10KGU means it is bottled on 10th May 2011. opened with a slight plop. Soaked cork. Pours clear amber golden with a minimal white head. Nose is very mild funk more a sweet gummybear like aroma. Taste starts mild acidic sweet, turning into a slighlty more sourish apple juice, fruitness, medium sweet but still not overpowering sweet, actually very well balanced. Tart finishing, herb. Low carbonated. Very positively surprised.

Bottle of Foudroyante bought in Corsica. Red amber, crystal clear with a quicky disappearing head. Slightly sour aroma, but the taste is a nicely balanced mix of sweet and sour. Lightly fruity taste with the Candi sugar coming through clearly. Probably still too much for a first time gueuze drinker. I don't like the 100% dry sour beers so much, therefore this one is ideal.

Barwa ciemnozłota, lekko zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, dość nieźle się trzyma. W aromacie białe wino, szampan, brzoskwinia, lekka stajnia. W smaku wytrawne, kwaśność do średniej, sporo owoców typu brzoskwinia, jabłko. Białe wino, podchodzące pod szampan za sprawą sporego wysycenia. Lekkie drewniane taniny, lekka stajnia. Ciało lekkie. Przyzwoite, chociaż nie ma tej głębi i aż takiej złożoności.
