Sampler tray at the brewpub, cask. Hazy amber coloured body, naked surface, poor lacing. Mixed aroma of coffee and slightly roasted chocolate malts. The taste profile is dominated by coffee grounds and subdued chocolate notes. Roasted coffee ending. Medium bodied. Just alright without further excitements (Islington, London 08.04.2016).
