Malty in aroma and flavor, plus a slight muddy. For an old-style beer cellar total of too sweet. The hoppy aftertaste like a pilsner. Drinkable

Bottle. Sweet hay and barley malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with large white head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet barley malt and hay flavor. Medium body. Not bad - decent bottled Kellerbier.

33cl bottle; Hazy, yellow colour with a short foamy white head. Yeasty and moderately sweet pale malty aroma with milky notes and a shy herbal hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malty taste; all in all quite one-dimensional; sweetish and faint bitter finish. Avarage. 19.VIII.09

bottle from a local Getränkemarkt. A new product by Bauhöfer. Slightly hazy golden colour with an impressive creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, malty background with lovely hoppy flavours. Pleasantly bitter and aromatic with a shy touch of fruit and lemons.
