Taster at the Barrel Bar - clear ruby - probably closest to an oud brune in character, with a decent mix of tartness and sweetness providing a counterpoint to each other - mild acetic acid/balsamic character through the middle - mild funkiness - red wine and oak touches on the back end - balanced and nuanced, which is nice to see in an American sour.
