Bottle 750ml. [ As Mad Umami ].Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, herbs, grass, seaweed. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, herbs - grass, salty, fruity. Quict rich body - maybe because of the umami. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150130]

Clear golden colour, white head. Bit fruity aroma, somewhat vegetable, seaweed. Light sweet flavour, light bitter, some umami (indeed), mushroom. Light sweet finish.

Botella de 75 cl de 2d2dspuma tomada en el momento en belmonte el 31-12-2014. con fecha de cons pref para antes de 09-01-2016. Color dorado translúcido con espuma blanca y algo de burbujas. Aromas y sabores de maltas y cereales con toque ligeros dulces de frutas tropicales. Cuerpo medio, pastoso con 6.3 vol correctos en todo momento. Buena opción para una tarde de verano

Bottled 750ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. Unclear yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head, hint of spices and something else in the nose (seaweed...not sure but I don’t think so). Sweet malty, grassy and light spicy with dry bitterish hoppy finish. Unfortunately nothing special here.
