Draft - Very light grain and slight citrus. Pale yellow with no light white head. Light grain, slight bitterness and a clean finish. Decent for the style but nothing unique or outstanding.

Location: Cans from Spec’s - Galleria, 9/16/13

Aroma: The nose is light and clean, bread, toast, some grass, light fruit
Appearance: Pours a clear gold color with a small white head a mild, spotty lace
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, clean malts, and some light-plus grassy hop bitterness
Palate: Light and clean body, soft-to-mid carb, easy drinking, not watery, finishes clean and dry
Overall Impression: This is a solid , clean, drinkable, and light summer beer. Well made for the season with a nice hop presence. It may be a touch dull at points, but I could see this as a great outdoor beer on a hot day for sure.

On tap. It’s a clear, golden beer with a white head. The aroma is a bit weak, with grass, some pine cones and pale malts. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, less than I would like in a summer ale though, and it’s too heavily carbonated, making it quite filling. Medium body, quite dry. Pale malts in the back, grass, some generic fruits and a touch of pine cones in the flavor. Rather short finish. Well... too boring for my likings. 130826

On draught at Ginger Man in Houston. The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of toasted malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, bready malt and slight fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
