Capped 750 from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent brassy gold with a slight, transient white head. Aroma is hop - mostly fruity. Med body or better. Flavor is malty, Belgian yeast, earthiness, and maybe a hint of herb/mint. Actually making me think spearmint. It’s pretty hoppy, but there’s enough malt to hold it. With time I’m thinking herb/mint is the main deal. Burps nice. Very interesting stuff.

Bottle @ CBC 2014. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aorma of malt, fruity hops, peach, passion, melon, citrus, orangepeel, bitter grapefruit. Flavor is malt, fruity hops, citrus, orangepeel, lime, bitter grapefruit, little pine. Medium body, soft carbonation, lasting bitter finish. 020514

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Hazy yellow-orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, nicely fruity, subtly bitter. Quite decent pale ale. Low to average body and carbonation.

Sample at CBC 2014, Blue Session. Poured a hazy light amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is citrus yeast. The flavour medium acid bitter with a frothy hop, zesty sherbet citrus palate. Light bodied with frothy carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty peachy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit bitter finish.

Bottle. Light hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, earth, flowers, tropical fruit, marmalade, toffee and caramel. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, tangerine and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s, big thanks to Kenny, 27/03/14. Hazed orange amber ith a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy yuzu, tarte apricot, straw, peach, light funky meanderings. Taste comprises bitter orange, mandarin, straw, yuzu jus, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy citric lead grassy finale. Solid stuff.
