KoekeDam is our own interpretation of the saison style with the addition of a French saison yeast. An American hop sort and a small quantity of spelt malt give a fresh undertone. KoekeDam is the ideally refreshing beer!

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a slightly hazy light golden colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of yellow fruits, citrus, apples, light floral, spice and yeast. Taste is the same notes again. Light to medium body, light fizz on the palate but with a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Dry fine grassy finish. Nice Saison.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een citrus achtige wat kruidige geur. De smaak is moutig, citrus achtig en kruidig.

Light yellow, hazy. Medium head. Dry, yeast aroma with orange and grass. Dry but fruity taste.

33 cl bottle @ home Aroma has saison yeast, fruits and minerals. Flavour has grain, minerals, saison yeast and some fruits. A tad too dry but still rather refreshing saison.

Flaska från systembolaget. Gyllene med lite jästfällning och ett vitt skum. Doftar som en trippel, skumbanan och örter. Besk, fruktig och örtig. Ganska tung.
