KoekeDam is our own interpretation of the saison style with the addition of a French saison yeast. An American hop sort and a small quantity of spelt malt give a fresh undertone. KoekeDam is the ideally refreshing beer!

A quite fine and refreshing beer Hazy yellow in the glass with a fine frothy white head Ok lacing Pleasant intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness/acidity and a not to high carbonation level Ok duration Pale malt, fruity, yeast and mild citric flavor. [Bottle from Espen]

A golden beer, a hed is big and blond. Aroma has smooth fruitness, perry, apple, some spicyness. Taste has fruitness, lemon, spicyness, dry and so refreshning. Some nice shrapness and even bitterness in the end. Medium bodied. Refreshning and good beer.
